Carrels are located on the A-level (main floor), B-level (lower level), and Old Library stacks of Carpenter Library.

A Floor Window Carrels
These carrels are along the windows on the main floor of the library.
A Floor Cluster Carrels
These carrels are in a cluster of carrels adjacent to the windows on the main floor of the library.
A Floor Atrium Carrels
These carrels overlook a large open area (the atrium) on the lower floor. Due to the openness of the atrium, there is considerable natural light.
A Floor Graduate Study Carrels
This room is a quiet study space and more secluded from the library than the other carrels. It is at one end of the atrium with a large window that provides natural light.
Old Library Stacks Carrels
These carrels are more remote in the older part of the library. It is very quiet and there.
B Floor Atrium Carrels
These carrels run along the side of the atrium on the lower level. Due to the openness of the atrium, there is considerable natural light.
B Floor Classroom side Carrels
These four carrels are in a small alcove in between two classrooms.
